A. Unfortunately we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. We do our best to ensure fast delivery and it would be advisable to check your order before placing it.

Q. Can I exchange if the shoes do not fit?

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Sorry, we are currently only shipping within Singapore. For overseas customer, kindly email your purchase query to sales@NowOn.com.sg, we would contact you via email on your purchase.

A. We offer local delivery via Singpost Registered Article (~ 1-3 working days ) or our designated delivery agent.
