A. Unfortunately we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. We do our best to ensure fast delivery and it would be advisable to check your order before placing it.

A. You may email us directly at support@NowON.com.sg and we will contact you if additional stocks are made available.

Q. Can I exchange if the shoes do not fit?

A. Yes, please refer to Terms and Condition under Refund policy.

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Sorry, we are currently only shipping within Singapore. For overseas customer, kindly email your purchase query to sales@NowOn.com.sg, we would contact you via email on your purchase.

A. We offer local delivery via J&T Express (~ 1-3 working days ) or our designated delivery agent.
